Responsibilities
- Understand
American Express strategy and mission.
- Understand
American Express business and card economics
- Assist the
manager in developing plans to materialize business strategy and analyze
business proposals
- Assist the manager
in analysis and benchmarking of data
- Develop an
understanding on Research competition to identify SWOT
- Assist in
digital marketing activities – design and execution
- Monitor and
analyze industry trends, market changes and new developments and initiatives
in payments industry.
- Understand the
government initiative in payments industry like National Payments
Corporation of India etc.
- Undertake all
requisite trainings.
- Partner across
cross functional teams for support towards their goal priorities.
- Prepare report
and presentation at end of the training on key projects worked upon,
result and learnings
- Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Knowledge of
business operations and procedures
- Demonstrable
strategic thinking abilities
- Analytical and
creative mind with problem solving attitude
- Excellent
Communication skills
- Completed
Graduation in B.Tech/B.Com/BBA/ BSc or BA in Business Administration,
